Creative Nature
Wellbeing workshops connecting with nature and creativity
Creativity and the natural world have been show to be beneficial for health and wellbeing. These workshops aim to provide a space to be inspired by the natural world and use creative techniques and materials that rest lightly with it.
Held at Harvest House, Mulbarton, each workshop starts with a short breathing mediation to allow us to let go of the day so far and be absorbed in the time spent together.
Numbers are limited to ensure all have access to support if wanted and provide a comfortable, relaxing environment. They work on a ‘pay what you can’ model to enable access for all.
