Creativity and the natural world have been shown to positively affect our wellbeing. Creative Nature seeks to offer such opportunities in my local community on a PAY WHAT YOU CAN model within an environment that aims to remove barriers to participation.

Each workshop includes a short breathing meditation, refreshments and then a creative process using natural, sustainable or recyclable materials that rest lightly with this earth.

They are open to adults and young people 13+ (the latter need to be accompanied by a responsible adult).

No experience is necessary. and all materials and equipment are provided. These sessions are limited to 10 people to ensure everyone has access to guidance and foster a supportive environment.
