Wellbeing workshops connecting with creativity and the natural world
Supported using funding from
Creativity and the natural world have been show to be beneficial for health and wellbeing. These workshops aim to provide a space to be inspired by the natural world while using creative techniques and materials that rest lightly with it.
Held at Harvest House, Mulbarton, each workshop starts with a short breathing mediation to allow us to let go of the day so far and be absorbed in the time spent together. Different days and times are available to be as accessible as possible.
Numbers are limited to ensure all have access to support, if wanted, and provide a comfortable, relaxing environment. Each workshop is £5 only to cover venue hire and refreshments.
